Learnalanguage is Accepting returns and giving refunds

We offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn't do what it's supposed to.

We offer a refund for certain software if

  • - they're faulty, eg: The software links does not work
  • - If you are not happy with the contents.

Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.

Online Software refund can be requested for an order if customers submits request within 7 days of purchase. You have to request Refund by e-mail to support@learnalanguage.com

We do not ask any questions and ensure Full refund is issued to the same card used for making the purchase within 1 week of successful submission of Refund request.

Proof of purchase

In some cases Learnalanguage Support team can ask the customer for proof that they have bought an item from Learnalanguage. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement confirming the same. Learnalanguage Team will not disclose the Proof receipt to 3rd parties.

Cancellation of Order/Purchase

Entitlement to cancellation of orders for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either commercial or self-employed activity.)

Entitlement to cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving reasons. This period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your entitlement to cancellation, you must inform us. (Net Train Limited, email: support@learnlanguage.com) by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent through the mail, a fax or an email) of your decision to cancel this order. Notification that you are exercising your entitlement to cancellation prior to the expiry of the cancellation deadline is sufficient for adherence to the cancellation deadline. The entitlement to cancellation does not apply to software that has surpassed the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and no later than within fourteen days of the day on which we have received communication of your cancellation of this Order. We shall use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction. We are entitled to refuse repayment until we have taken receipt of the goods again.

Exceptions to the entitlement to cancellation

The entitlement to cancellation does not apply to Bulk or combined orders where the access to the software is offered at a special Discount pricing.
